Alexa acts as the primary account manager at www.stboston.com, a web and marketing agency based just north of Boston. Her busy day-to-day consists of managing a bunch of WordPress website projects, setting expectations as the liaison from her internal team to the external customers, training and on boarding clients on their newly developed sites, and continuing to support them on an ongoing basis!
